Everyone loves a berry vinaigrette. Whenever I make a berry based vinaigrette I almost always use a golden or white balsamic vinegar instead of the regular dark aged version. The difference in taste is slight, however it typically contains less sugar and has a lighter, fruitier finish. An added bonus is dressing come out looking bright and beautiful as opposed to a dark muddled brown.
Check out our Doubled Up Strawberry Salad we made using this dressing, it’s so beautiful and delicious!
