Quick Tip: If you’re not hungry, you don’t eat your second piece of fruit

Howdy HCGers!  Quick tip for you Monday evening, if you’re not hungry after dinner, don’t eat your second piece of fruit.

On the 500-calorie protocol you can eat “up to” 500 calories, but the doesn’t mean you need to eat all of them.  Let your hunger-levels guide you eats, and if you’re not hungry don’t feel obligated to eat more just to make 500 calories.
