Healthy Chicken Salad in Romaine Boats

- 100 Grams Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloin Pan Roasted and Chopped (use Roasted Chicken Recipe)
- 1 Celery Stalk Fine Diced
- 2 stalks green onion
- 1.5 TBS Greek Yogurt
- Salt/Pepper
- 4 large Romaine Leaves (Boats)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss together celery, onion, Greek yogurt, and chopped chicken, and season. Mix with spoon until well combined.
- Spoon it into the whole romaine leaves and garnish with basil or thinly chopped lettuce.
