Quick and easy 2-ingredient Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette and will become your go-to healthy salad dressing.
These days commercial salad dressings are filled with so much gunk and sugar that there is hardly anything healthy about it. The best thing about this recipe is it’s SUPER easy and you likely have the ingredients on hand already.
The Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette can also be used as a dollop on top of already cooked meet for a little cream and tang.

Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (no sugar added)
- 2 tbsp. balsalmic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. If you like s super sour dressing add addition vinegar.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
- If you like a thinner dressing you can add water a 1/2 tsp at a time making sure to whisk/mix very well while adding
- Storage: Dressing will stay good for as long as your yogurt is.
