Exactly one year ago today we launched Everyday HCG. I seriously cannot believe it!
We started this blog as a way to share our go-to HCG recipes and help encourage and inspire people who were starting or on the HCG diet. Today, we continue to keep our weight off and create delicious real food recipes that are low carb, sugar free and mostly grain free over on Our Toasty Life. If you haven’t already you should check out the Our Toasty Life Recipe Archive for an array of P3 and P4 recipes.
What’s Next for Everyday HCG?
Although we don’t have any immediate plans of doing another round of HCG, we will continue to create and share HCG P2 recipes – hopefully about once a week. We’re also working on an HCG cookbook! If you are interested make sure to sign up for updates and we’ll keep you posted on our progress
