Beef broccoli is my longtime hands-down favorite Chinese takeout dish. I order it pretty much every time I get takeout. This dish was inspired by my craving for my favorite dish.
Beef Broccoli (HCG P2, Low Cal, Sugar Free)
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
- 100 Grams Lean Ground Beef
- 5 sprays Brags Liquid Aminos
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1/2 Red Onion Finely Diced
- Salt/Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
Instructions
- 1. In a nonstick pan over medium high heat sear off beef and onions.
- 2. Add grated ginger and spray brags after beef is fully cooked
- 3. Wash and chop up 2 cups of small broccoli florets or use frozen broccoli florets
- 4. Add broccoli and sautee with beef mixture for 2 min and season with salt and pepper
- 5. Finally add in chicken broth and lid it for 3-5 minutes depending on how done you like your broccoli.
- 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
